You must return an item in the same condition as it was received within 7 days, not used or altered in any way. Along with the item(s), you must include:

The Returns & Exchanges form included with your order, filled out and included with your item(s) in the original box and packaging.

For your protection, we recommend returning items by an insured method such as United Parcel Service (UPS) or Insured Parcel Post. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Please note that original shipping charges cannot be refunded. We are unable to accept liability for returns lost or damaged in transit.
